"Dine and Wine" is a food and wine blog, featuring comfort food, traditional dishes we loved in the Philippines growing up, and the new ones we enjoyed in different countries we have visited. Gel will also share new takes on traditional Filipino food in fusion with Spanish or Italian or Italian flair or German flair, etc -- just to have many ways to enjoy our favorite dishes. The blog will also include traditional food from different regions in collaboration with authentic locals.
What about the "agua de taranta"? We will not just feature our favorite European, American, South American, Asian wines, spirits and cocktails. We will also highlight our local "Sa Malamig", San Miguel Beer, lambanog, basi, tuba, Dalandan Margarita, Calamancello,
atbp.
